PYP Gold Partner: Meet Jen Barker Worley!
PYP would love to introduce you to one of our Gold Partners, Jen Barker Worley Photography. Proud to be a “second generation photographer”, her father bought the custom picture frame shop in 1976 in the downtown Pittsburgh Kaufmann’s Department store. He later expanded the business to include an art gallery. All the while, Jen was on her journey to become the phenomena she is today.
Like her father, Jen sees the need for headshots and expansion. Her business offers a multitude of services. Specializing in headshots, she also provides portraits as well as visa and passport photographs. However, Jen can assist with your personal brand (check out The Pittsburgh List!). She believes that your time is valuable and wants you to shine in her headshots. Jen also produces a blog with tips and tricks that range from how to capture the perfect instagram photograph to finding the motivation to get up and get your headshot!
Jen is a force of nature in Pittsburgh and we really wanted our members to get to know her. So we asked her a few questions that we think will really make her shine.
- What is your mission? My mission is for every professional to have an amazing headshot, that is confident and modern. And current. In our social age, you really need a new profile photo at least every two years.
- Why did you choose to sponsor PYP? I chose to sponsor PYP because I see it’s value. Life and jobs are so transitory now, young people need a place to connect and thrive when moving to a new city, especially.
- Anything you want to tell us about your company? I specialize in headshot photography and business portraits. I help individuals and companies market themselves through their images.
- What is your passion? My passion is my mission: everyone needs a good photo of themselves, that looks like them. And I make that process as pain-free as possible!
