Full Pint – Warrendale
You may recognize this name, as they used to have a spot in Lawrenceville and are looking to reopen the North Versailles location soon! Currently, this location is just operating as a store. However, hop on down to Warrendale to get a blast from their past, the White Lightning.
Allusion Brewing Company – Vandergrift
Just 45 minutes outside of Pittsburgh and the beer is phenomenal. Focusing on extra-ordinary tastes, their rotating beer is often experimental and a hit. Grab a flight to try as many as you can! If you’re not looking for smokey porters or light stouts, grab their Baker St. Brown.
The Leaning Cask – Springdale
Upriver from Pittsburgh and just a few blocks from the Allegheny River, the Leaning Cask in Springdale has everything you need. Whether you’re there for the view or the brew, you’ll be satisfied. Come crash in their courtyard, which just opened in June 2021.
Brew Gentlemen – Braddock
Not looking to go far from dahntahn? Then take a drive to Brew Gentlemen. This brewery’s go-to beer is General Braddock’s and it quenches your brew thirst. Enjoy the beer garden and maybe even take one of their yoga classes!
Great Lakes Brewing Company – Cleveland
Although a bit more of a drive from Pittsburgh, it’s worth every mile. Getting a cold brew on tap at this brewery is an experience! Hit up the brewpub located in Ohio City and grab their fish and chips, which is a fantastic meal.
