Pittsburgh is easing out of quarantine and opening up to new events and festivals. Now that vaccinations are more easily available and restrictions are easing, there is a lineup of fun things happening “dahntahn”. To get into the summer fun spirit, we are listing off 5 below:

Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival
June 4-13, 2021

Boasting 10 days of music and art, the Three Rivers Arts Festival is not only a Pittsburgh tradition, but a must see! The festival intends to provide some in-person and virtual events for those who are still uncomfortable attending.

Pittsburgh-Allegheny County Juneteenth “Freedom Day” Celebration
June 18-20, 2021

In Mellon Park, Allegheny County looks to honor and celebrate Juneteenth “Freedom Day” with a super awesome lineup of music, food, and fun. You should hop down to check out a battle of the bands on June 18 and the themed days that include jazz, soul, and gospel.

Pittsburgh Restaurant Week
August 9-15, 2021

Looking for a great way to rediscover Pittsburgh’s food scene post pandemic? Then treat yourself to the best the city has to offer during Pittsburgh Restaurant Week!

Barrel and Flow Fest (formerly Fresh Fest)
September 10-12, 2021

According to USA Today, Barrel and Flow Fest is the nation’s first Black owned and operated beer festival and the best! The fest brings in the most talented Black brewers and collaboration with Black artists, entrepreneurs, politicians, and business owners. They also offer a scholarship!

Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival
September 17-19, 2021

Come chill out at Pittsburgh’s 11th annual Jazz Fest and see some world renowned jazz artists such as Dianne Reeves! Tickets go on sale June 15.
