Why does Kelly Frey volunteer to lead PYP?

I joined the board to enhance my leadership skills and resume. It seemed natural as a long-time member after being a committee chair. 

I also care about the organization and want to help it continue to enrich the lives of everyone currently involved and those of the next generation.
