Why does Matt Horan volunteer to lead PYP?

Joining the Pittsburgh Young Professional board has allowed me to develop my professional skills including project management, relationship building and maintenance, managerial duties, and creating initiatives that will impact the Greater Pittsburgh community. 

These skills have propelled me professionally and personally. I highly recommend sitting on the board or holding a committee chair role in order to develop your skills personally and professionally.
